Washing area:
• 4 stage washer ( 1 cold, 3 hot ) with capacity of 1500 gallon's
• 4 Gusher brand Pumps with 10 HP 220 v three-phase motor
• 2 Burner for washing area 1.5 million btu/hr max capacity
• 1 Burner for washing area 2.5 million btu/hr max capacity
• two fans for the washing area with 1.5 HP Dayton motors 220 V
• 3 three-phase 1/3 Hp motor for burners in the washing area
Dryer Area
• 1 Burner for drying area 800,000 btu/hr max capacity and including 1/3 HP three-phase brand
GE motor 220 voltage
• two fans for the drying area with 1.5 HP Dayton motors 220 v
• 1/4 HP three-phase motor for extraction (Dayton)
• 7 HP three-phase air recirculating motor (Baldor )
Curing Area
• two fans for the curing area with 5 HP motors 220 V
• 20 HP three-phase air recirculation motor
• 1 Burner for curing area 3,200,000 btu/hr max capacity and including 1/2 HP three-phase brand

• 2 HP three-phase motor for extraction 220 voltage

• 1 manual powder booths with collector ( 2 three-phase 3 HP motor )

Chain & lubrication
• Lubrication system DL-9000 PS DIGILUBE SYSTEM INC
• Lubrication control DL-5002 HC
• Lesson Pump with 1/3 HP three-phase motor
• To rotate the chain, it uses a 1745 RPM three-phase motor with a transmission and a 400 : 1 ratio
• uses a frequency inverter to rotate the chain at 460 volts DELTA brand.
