Fabricating Machinery is pleased to announce that we have added David DeHoyos to our team. Mr. DeHoyos will be heading up our appraisal department and machinery sales staff. He has been appraising equipment since 1979. In 1996 he was recognized as an Accredited Machinery & Equipment Appraiser by the Association of Machinery & Equipment Appraisers. During this time he has performed 100’s of Machinery & Equipment, FF&E and Inventory Appraisals for various Financial Institutions, Private Industry and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court throughout the country. Additionally, in this time frame, he has worked for numerous machinery distributors selling both new and used equipment.

He has worked for three nationally recognized Auction and Appraisal Companies serving as Vice President of their Appraisal Divisions. He has negotiated numerous private sales of Machinery & Equipment / Inventory and has served as On-site Supervisor, overseeing all aspects of Machinery & Equipment and General Merchandise Auctions. Mr. DeHoyos is sub-contracted by local and nation-wide auction and appraisal firms. Other aspects of his job include performing evaluations of potential auction sales, asset identification, inventory control and equipment tracking. He is a current member of the Association of Machinery & Equipment Appraisers (AMEA).
