SPECIFICATIONS:
Two identical and highly rigid Blohm & Voss helical seam pipe mills, periodically refurbished with state-of-the-art German technology, last upgrade on ***2015; API 5L X70, 20”- 130” diameter x up to 1” wall thickness x up to 82 feet long; 88,000 lb coil weight. Each with: tandem fly welding system, flux heating and handling system, automatic welding gap control, laser controlled strip edge tracking system, high efficiency plasma cutting; 2012 German Astral main drive, two German PWS strip edge milling machines with 600 mm diameter 75 kW heads, six 2015 pairs of milling heads, 1500 kVA 13200/440 V substation transformer, Shuttle lift coil handling gantry crane, cooling tower.
Two off line German Uhrhan & Schwill submerged arc welding systems, for 24” to 64” diameter pipes, 1500 kVA 13200/440 V substation transformer.
Hydrotesting machine, up to 82 feet long pipe, 2400 metric ton.
Two PRD end facing and beveling machines, 20” – 72” pipe diameter.
