MACHINE DESCRIPTION
This used Fiber Laser Cutting Machine features a 3,000 Watt Power Output, an IPG YLS-300 Laser source, an IPG LC71-01 Chiller, and a Syscon Salvagnini PC Based Controller. This CNC machine comes equipped with a 5’ x 10’ Shuttle Table, a Sideros Eco 4EX Dust Collector, and a single optic head cooled without gas. The steel cutting capacity for this machine is 24 gauge to 3/4". The stainless steel cutting capacity for this machine is 24 gauge to 7/16". The aluminum cutting capacity for this machine is 24 gauge to 3/8". The copper cutting capacity for this machine is 24 gauge to 24" x 5/16". The brass cutting capacity for this machine is 24 gauge to 7/32".





TODAY Salvagnini : Today automation represents an indispensable condition for recovering efficiency and optimizing times. This is why L3 and L5 fiber laser systems can be set up in various ways according to the different loading and unloading requirements and machine models. The new LTWS store-tower – available in different heights, from 5 to 20 shelves – is a high-end solution featuring ultra-rapid cycles: it is able to offload a cut sheet and load a new one in 50 seconds: this makes it the fastest model available on the market. LTWS is designed to minimize downtimes: the sheet gripping device, the unloading comb, and the elevator unit are all independent, and the cycles are designed to maximize movement parallelization and optimize efficiency. LTWS is also marked by great attention to detail, from the gripping device equipped with a set of suction cups that are able to pick up not only standard commercial formats but also special formats, and the comb equipped with scratch-resistant belts. In addition to the LTWS, the new MCU sorting system for unloading single parts is an extremely reliable solution to optimize process efficiency with is innovative multi gripping function, used to pick up more than one part with the same gripping device. The gripping devices, which can have a combined suction-cup/magnet system, are universal and do not require setting up.
